How it all began

In the fall of 2022, Isabella and Jake met the old fashioned way (through their mutual friend, Paulo) at his party in Jersey City! They immediately hit it off, chatting for hours until the party ended. Soon after, they went on their first date to Clinton Street Baking Company in the Lower East Side, followed by comedy and late night drinks. The 8-hour date was proof that they had found something very special. Two weeks after becoming “official”, they took a risk and crossed the pond to London together for Jake’s work and Isabella’s first time out of the country. Needless to say, it was a smashing success!

Since then, they’ve been to 7 countries, moved to Jersey City (just a few minutes from where they first met!), and got engaged in April 2025.
